 Belle Isle, Detroit Michigan is the site of the states BEST kids triathlon in the state!  We go all out for the kids here, it is not about the race, it is not about the parents, it is all about the kids having a great time.  The will swim together at Belle Isle beach on a course we set up inside the swim area.  Finishing and using the same the transition area the adults will use Sunday.  then head out on a closed course which will take them on the Grand Prix course one or two laps depending on the age.  Then a great run course which will take the kids by the finish line multiple times before they actually do cross the great finish line and enjoy our exclusive SuperkidsTry play park.   

Saturday, June 15, 8:45am, following the finish of the Formula One, first race finish.

100m swim, 4.6mi. bike, 800m run 6 - 10 yrs.  

200m swim, 6.8mi. bike, 1mi. run - 11 - 14 yrs.

Once arriving on the island please follow the parking signs to the parking area.  Please proceed with extreme caution if arriving after 8:00am as the first race for the Draft Legal Formula One event will be happening.  

Unless otherwise noted events will include:
A custom event shirt, custom finishers medal, custom latex swim cap, sponsor supplied samples, professional chip timing with results available online, awards to top three in each age group, a great sponsor supplied raffle and awards ceremony following the last finisher.  Also the best post race snack table out there.

  Your age on race day is the same as how old you will be on December 31st of that year.
