OFFICE LEADER  - OPEN - Needs to be filled ASAP - Must live in the Gaylord area to work in our office.  The ideal candidate must be a great communicator, have no issues with talking to fellow athletes on the phone.  Have good computer skills to answer emails, fill out online forms and knowledge of excel spreadsheets.  Self motivated and be able to work without being supervised.  General office duties with organization and good with projects.  This is a 24-30 hr. per week position, 30 hrs. definitely during summer months.  Monday and Fridays are definite work days with flexibility offered during the week.  If interested please contact: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. TIMERS - OPEN - The ideal candidate must have computer knowledge, the more the better.  Must LOVE to work under pressure and be able to deal with all kinds of personalities as well as happy and sad people.  Highly organized and be able to work Saturdays and Sundays.  Travel is involved and one should have a van, suv, or pickup for hauling timing gear.  One should also own a lap top and printer.  There is extensive training for this that will require a SERIOUS committment only that will involve a weekly meeting place to train/learn with Annmarie.  This can/should be a long term position lasting many years timing not only 3 Disciplines "owned" events but others we host as well as time in the midwest region. 

Crew - FILLED -  The ideal candidate for this position needs to be a hard worker that does not need guidance all the time, attention to detail and has pride and passion in what you do.  Someone that has event participation experience and does not mind working in all types of conditions without specific hours.  Should have good communication skills as well.  You must be trustworthy and not mind working early hours.  Position will entail assisting volunteers, staff with setup, tear down, course coordinator, ie. run course setting up, marking, dropping aid station and volunteers, etc.  Departure will be Friday's for most events and arrival post race typically on Sunday evenings.  All expenses are taken care of and weekend pay included along with free racing when not working.  THESE POSITIONS WILL ONLY BE FILLED BY THOSE WHO PLAN TO WORK NEXT YEAR AS WELL.  To much to learn, to much to teach for a one summer, or 2 month gig.  Must train at the events first!  

Photographers  - are you an avid photographer?  Someone who likes action photos? We need photographers to take pictures at the events.
