The Olympic series consists of the long course format at each venue.
What is required for each champion EVERY year is that they print an entry from the website and send in to us indicating what events they plan on attending. YOU WILL NOT be allowed to race for free if you show up day before, day of for ANY race in the series. Once we receive that entry for the year we will put you in the system. EMAIL notification that you will be at an event will not be allowed!

RULES:
- Athletes will receive points in each race based on their OVERALL finishing place. Series standings will be posted on the website and at the next event
You must compete in at least 4 events in the series to be eligible for final point standings in the triathlon. Points are based on a 50 pt. per event basis. Top 50 posted, leading into the championship, where only those in the top 10 will be posted. - No Refunds, No transfers
- Double Point events mean simply that, after points are awarded for the event they will be doubled.
- Championship event will be Mi. Tri Championships and will always be worth double points.
- Male and Female OVERALL champion will win the highly coveted Lifetime Free Pass to the events in that series that year.
- Once final points are posted they will stand as posted. No exceptions.
- In the event of a tie we will take the athlete that competed in the most events, if still a tie we will then take finishing times added together and divided by how many events to show the final winner.
- In the event that a race is cancelled for ANY reason there will not be any make up events, or Transfers, or Refunds.
- Remember there are NO REFUNDS or TRANSFERS for ANY event. When a past champion wins the series again, that athlete will win the award for the series. The Runner Up athlete will win 2nd in the series and will win the CHOICE of 4 races for the NEXT racing season ONLY. 3rd place in the series will receive 2 races next season only.
Double point events: Petoskey, Championship, Inter-Rockin

If there is an event cancelled for the weekend then you must complete those. If another event is cancelled one will replace and announcement made.
