All of us here at 3 Disciplines Racing have a true passion for what we do. Swimming, Biking, Running, Adventure Racing, Duathlon, Triathlon, Mountain Biking, whatever the event it is our goal is to create lasting memories in every event we host.  We do hope you will join us at the events.  We have a very heart felt goal in the coming years to take own this growing epidemic of childhood obesity head on!  SuperkidsTri is coming to a city near you.

You can do it, just make it a goal!

LATE BREAKING NEWS  

5.4 - 24th Starkermann Duathlon - DOUBLE POINTS for road bike race.  5.18.  Superkidstry 5.17 at Gaylords Sportsplex. 

5.4 - New Prime Points will be rewarded for MMSPS and MMSS.  So fastest swim, bike, run times will be rewarded an extra 200 points.  So you don't have to win to accumulate points.   

5.3  - Willow Duathlon - Richard Swor sets another course record at Willow, new bike course meant a new course record regardless, but he still would have broke the old record doing the conversion. Richard is in great shape. 

4.27 - STEELCASE DUATHLON - 2 new course records set today, Richard Swor and Renee Damstra took almost 5 minutes off the course records.  Many others set pr's, great job. 

4.6 - New Events Added:  Get it Goin On sprint tri, du, Elkhart, In. Superkids Elkhart, In.  

In our effort to do everything possible to reduce waste and become more effecient in our Going Green inititive we will NOT do race bags this year.  Our great partner, Hammer Nutrition agreed to accomodate this request for us.  That takes over 15,000 race bags out of the trash.  Hopefully other races will follow this and companies will greatly reduce their manufacturing. 

Steelcase, Great Pumpkin and Michigan state Championship Duathlons is part of the USAT regional duathlon series.  Motor City is part of the USAT regional Club series.

3.31 - Running Green is Cancelled, please look for that great event in 2009.  MOTOR CITY/Racing for Recovery JERSEY deadlines April 2, 5:00pm.
