Refund Policy: NO REFUNDS for any reason unless you have been double charged or accidentally signed up more than once, military transfer or death in the family.

Standard event industry policy: states that when emergency conditions such as weather, threats of terrorism, medical emergencies, or any potentially unsafe condition out of our control force cancellation of an event, refunds cannot and will not be provided since funds have been spent on race day already.

This is a USAT sanctioned event, if you are not a member there is a $15 USAT daily fee that must be paid at packet pickup (cash or check ONLY).

Don’t forget to have your park entry fee ready upon arrival at the park entry gate of $7. Then proceed to the parking lot following the Powerman Parking signs. Overflow parking will be located on the right side of the entry park road.

This is how we started and why we do what we do. Every event in every community gives us the ability to give back. First through our exclusive Food and Shoes from Athletes program we started in 2003 in Arizona. Donating thousands of pounds of food and thousands of pairs of shoes.

Also connecting to groups, organizations and important charities locally. For this event we have partnered with Together We Live. Tim Bolen is a long time friend from college. His passion, energy and love to give back is rare in today’s society and we are humbled to be able to give back and be a part of his mission.

Their mission: 2Gether We Live provides positive life experiences for underserved populations, including those with disabilities, illness, and wounded veterans, all through the strength of loving volunteers. Life without limitations. Through the kindness of volunteers anything is possible!

Our exclusive TRI – Oneprogram was launched many years ago when athletes raced as part of their training, rewarded themselves for all the training they were doing and to gain all that important race day experience you cannot simulate. As the multi-sport community has evolved to the opposite now we are bringing back the program. It is really simple, you need more open water swim training? Great, cmon out and get it with our lifeguards and courses. Want to get a nice hard time trial on the bike in?  Cmon out and race on our course. Need to get a run in and want to do so with aid stations?  Cmon out and join other runners.

EachTRI – One will have a designated start time, you will simply head to the TRI – One start flag for the discipline you choose, line up, and when the clock strikes and the horn sounds you are off. With our events, time trial swim starts now you will line up accordingly. Or if you want to take the Kayak or SUP out for a nice paddle with others where offered.

The cost for these is a flat $30. For that, you get a finisher’s medal and access to the post-race food tent. You may purchase a shirt for $10.
